During the demo, 30 changes with Vivi, free: questions and undos don't count. Once your site is live, every month: 2 big and 30 small changes. A big one is a redesign, a new style, a section added or removed; a small one is a line of text, a price, a photo, a colour. Anything you edit yourself in your account (opening hours, prices, text, photos) stays unlimited.

That's normal: it's a first draft. Tell Vivi what isn't right, a colour, a photo, the order of the sections or the whole style: the page changes before your eyes, and “Undo” takes you back. Rather set the mood from the start? Describe it when you ask for your demo (“black and gold”, “like an Italian deli”).

Not at all: you write what you want in your own words, like a text message. No software to learn, nothing to install. Your menu, your prices, your photos: send them as they are, we read everything.

No. It's free, it doesn't show up on Google, and it deletes itself if you don't go ahead. Just say the word and we'll take it down straight away.

Your words, your photos and your domain name are yours, for good. The design and the technology belong to Rue Vive: they work for you for as long as your subscription runs.

We suggest available ones based on your business name and register it in your name (you're the owner): included in the subscription. Nothing for you to sort out. Rather register it yourself? Your account walks you through it step by step.

It stays yours: we connect it as soon as you order. Two lines to add at your registrar, and your account shows you where and checks everything's right; or just press “Do it for me”. Your email isn't affected.

One email is enough, no fees, no questions asked. The site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for, then goes offline; you keep your domain name, and we'll send you your words and photos if you want them.
